FAQ: “What happens in a free online consultation?”

We’ll discuss your dog, your concerns, and your goals.

By the end of the consultation you’ll have a clear understanding of what’s driving your dog’s behavior, and how I can help.

During our free online consultation:

• We’ll go over your household setup: who lives in the home and their ages, frequency of visitors, and more.

• Then, discuss the behavior(s) you're concerned about and your goals.

• I’ll review any safety concerns and how to implement immediate management of the situation.

• We’ll consider whether private in-person training sessions or private online training sessions are more appropriate for the behaviors we’ll be addressing.

• I'll answer your questions about my credentials, training methods (spoiler: they're rewards-based, positive, and effective), and anything else.

Our online session will be on Google Meet (you don’t need a Google account).

You will need a computer, smartphone, or device that can connect to the Internet.

You’ll receive the meeting link by email after you schedule your consultation.

By the end of our consultation:

• You’ll understand what’s driving your dog’s behavior and how I can help.

• I’ll let you know when to expect my training proposal and any pertinent resources (usually the same day).

• You will feel great for taking this step and getting started!
